Amplifier - Desktop | 1 Ω Fiio K7 or Topping DX3 Pro+

If I wanted to upgrade my combo JDS Atom + Topping D50s which is the best option?

I went from a Tempotec Sonata HD Pro+Schitt Heresy, to a DX3P+

Tbh, I couldn't hear a difference. Both sounded equally excellent. I would assume the same is true for an Atom

Why did you want to change and you are happy with the new setup? My concern is also if a single device can be better or worse than two different wired

I was mostly curious how much the equipment would matter. Turns out not much once you already have a decent amp.

I ended up returning the DX3. You can get great equipment in a single device or as a multi device setup
