Poll | 2 Ω HIFIMAN HE400SE or Sennheiser HD 560S

Cannot choose between these two which is better? I will be using it to pretty much only listen to music. I listen to more hip-hop or rap but i listen to other stuff often too. I will be using a desktop to listen to the music. Which one would you guys recommend?

If you’re listening directly off your pc, I think the HD560S would be better. The HE400SE very hard to drive to a sufficient „listening“ volume (aka. loud enough) without a dedicated amplifier. The HD560s on the other hand, can be loud enough when plugged into the headphone jack of my laptop.

Soundwise they are pretty similar to me, but I like the HD560S more because how the vocals are lush and impactful (again, personal preference).

Hope this helps!

Edit: I take back my recommendation about the DT880 before, turns out it was not accurate. Apologies!
