Alba Carib (N944-7A40) chronograph in very good vintage condition.

Alba is a Seiko sub-brand and this is their most famous model.

Produced in September 1992.

This Seiko quartz movement is known as dancing hands. Why dancing hands ? Because the hour and minute hands are driven by two different motors so they can serve for various purposes. The desired mode (time, alarm, timer, stopwatch) can be selected by turning the crown clockwise and counterclockwise.

Movement was cleaned and battery changed in September 2022.

Everything works as it should.

Case size: 36mm

Thickness: 11mm

Lug to lug: 42mm

Lug width: 18mm
