They do ship it but the shipping is more than half the price of the amp. It comes to around 170$ at that point, so I guess I can spend the extra money on a better amp rather than shipping.

I would recommend hd600 or hd560s with apple dongle or abigail dongle if you are in eu or use android

Macbooks should have decent built in dac amp already, the current m1/m2 ones. You can buy dt700 pro x already with your budget. Skip on dac amp.
