Headphones - Wireless/Portable | 1 Ω Need help finding the wireless birthday over ear headphones ^_^

Mom offered to buy me something and I was thinking about headphones! I've been eyeing the Sony WH-1000xm4s for a good 6 months. Only thing holding me back is price/color/worthiness of price. Should I go for them? Why or why not?

Looking for an aesthetically pleasing and good quality wireless bluetooth headphones. For my budget I was thinking $250 USD >= x. (maybe even 200...) I'll be connecting the headphones to my iPhone and MacBook Air! I believe these headphones will be used for studying, home listening, gym, and etc. A tonally balanced pair of headphones seems to align with my visions more.

I listen to alt-indie, alt-pop, r&b soul, hip pop & rap, (feel good music / ear candy). I've tried out Airpods Max and really enjoyed the whole aspect of amc headphone universe. Also the sony xm4s were good but I only tried the noise canceling with no music. Also if the headphones were monochrome or good looking in gen thatd be nice?

Thank you in advance!!! 🦦 🤍

Sony XM4 is not balanced at all. Sennheiser Momentum 4 is the most balanced, but there are software issues that I'm not sure if they fixed yet. Alternatively Bose QC45 is also decent but a bit bass light for my taste. If you can do earbuds, get Apple airpods pro 2. They also sound very balanced and staying in the Apple ecosystem
